What I mean is that I know it's normal that a team considered strong or elite falls down every cup and we get one or two underdogs in the knockouts, but what happened in this group stage is weird as hell, it's not that the underdogs got better but that suddenly the teams that could be considered as big suddendly became shit, that explains the sudden lack of goals and nice plays, and it's not only 1 of them, a good bunch of them did and also to make it even more strange several of them have managers with supposedly enough knowledge and skills in PES14.

Both /a/ and /mlp/ have said that testing was so inconsistent it didn't even matter, and that the results never mirrored what happened on Boris stream. This mixed with the fact that it seems Joke and Panic sliders were the only ones that won games would explain why the more experienced and disciplined teams fell to the new teams. Who knows why that is, but my theory is that since the AI is fucked the more rigid buildup plays and strong defense just didn't matter leading to draw of the hat wins depending on who's defense dropped spaghetti first

Also Penulties, we have seen plenty of shot outs this cup thanks to Boris and I have to say; They were just awful, slow rollers and keepers jumping over the ball. The obvious answer is the AI is fucked and simply changing defenders stats won't help, because even the 99 golds are fucked up, in fact they seem to fuck up the worst.
