You see a problem with that is,we don't use that Fyber sprite anymore.

Well if you use it to make a 16-Bit or 32-Bit version is that still stealing? or is it enough of a change?

We've got another Fybar sprite in the works or finished or something by now, we just hadn't really used it.  It's the MLNML that's the problem with that banner.  The sprite may not be Prof's, but the thing it represents is.

You don't have to always take things out.  The banner and the comic and such are all fine to post on the forums and use elsewhere.  My only point is that it's not something I could use for the main part of the site, which isn't a big deal, since most stuff happens in the forums anyhow.
