I think what would improve his ratings would be to stop putting our tax money into medical care for illegal aliens. Why should an illegal not have to pay thirty thousand dollars for an operation when a U.S. citizen does? I'm sorry but I just think there's something wrong with that.

It's more a matter of emergency medical care than anything else, since getting normal health insurance from the government in this country via legit methods is nearly impossible anymore.  They have to treat the person if they're hurt, but once they leave the hospital, they have no way of collecting payment. 

The other biggest medical drain is delivering their babies, which then become legal US citizens and can then suck on our medicaid.


UPDATE:  Then I found Otaku From the USA, basically a Japanese show about American geeks in Japan.
