Well what exactly happens or does it say when you try to?  And where are you trying to download from and what kind of file?

Whenever I click on the download now it says"This object has been blocked".

Yeah it's either security settings in the browser itself, or some firewall-type program doing it.  Or both . . !

Apparently not..!

If you couldn't download at all, you wouldn't be able to post in this forum, as the forum files need to be downloaded to your computer. In other words, specific files are being prohibited from downloading, and that's done with for example a firewall. Either a program or hard one, in your router maybe, who knows.
