Hay thanks a bunch guys! It has been a fine birthday this time, I have to say, and surely due to such best wishes. Both here and elsewhere.
As for the drawing present, that's quite an offer! I'm not entirely sure what I'd ask for. The two things that happened to come to mind earlier were a.) some modern envisioning of FyberOptic in general, or b.) something related to how Fyber might look after a while if he ended up in the LORD realm somehow. The former could be related to the whole De Novo storyline that I was writing (which you likely haven't read), where Fyber ends up with much less tech at his disposal since he now lacks rich benefactors. The latter of course is just the generic crossover with a universe that will still forever be stuck in my brainmeats. Either way, I figure that maybe letting a Prof's imagination guide it rather than some strict description of a picture might be easier to do. Or hell, maybe the opposite, what do I know..!
