I could fix it up, i used transparency for it mostly.

All I think should happen is that the lightest frame of the animation should be delayed, like, about 1/10 of a second or so. No changes to hue or anything.

I need a more specifiic episode number to help you out there, but I can tell you that to make any police sprites I just recolored Mega Man.  And now.../me flys away and returns to boring old school.
