A few people have been asking me how to get to the Snipe Hunt chat, and while it should be up to them to explain to people how to do it, it's apparently not happening, so here I go helping anyway . . !
If you're using the hchat mirc and you're at #fybertech or #hazardlabs on Fybernet, you can type the following to open a new server window:
/server -m irc.esper.net -j #snipe-hunt
This will let you stay in #fybertech/#hazardlabs as well as go to where they're at. If you've permanently switched over to the snipe channel already and want to get back to #fybertech or #hazardlabs on Fybernet, just use:
/server -m irc.fybertech.net -j #fybertech
And that'll open another server window back, leaving you in snipe chat as well.
If you happened to have gotten the Snipe Hunt version of mirc, I suggest you erase it, since CERTAIN DUMB PEOPLE I WON'T MENTION LIKE JAKAL decided to take my name and such off of it without asking me despite it all still being my code. To make matters worse, he changed some command and variable names in the scripts I wrote which will only confuse you, and removed other stuff (like the mp3 player) which you might have wanted, for some stupid reason I'll never know. Don't ask me to help you with that version cause I won't.
If/when they fix their own version, the above commands to open a server window back to #fybertech will still work if you take a notion you want to join. But again, don't expect me to help you with whatever they put together, because that's their job. I will however continue to support the hchat mirc and the fybertech version which will be released shortly, if you have any questions about those.
