I guess I could put these in the links topic just the same, but since there's so many hardware mods I come across that are neat, maybe I should just put them separate.

To start, here's a couple:

I was searching for Sega 32X mods, since I have one to mess with these days, and came across a guy who put the unit completely inside a model 2 Genesis, effectively turning it into the unreleased Neptune console.

And in the newsfeeds today I found a Wiimote modded to have rapidfire.
