Ehh, Samus would win because she has so much more shielding than MC does. Think about it ~ she could just launch a super missile at him and you'd have a gory mess... or maybe I just suck at Halo 2 and die all the time, but, yes, Samus would definitely win.

And, you have to think of all her shielding... She can take Ridley's special hit, she can take dark samus' special hit, if she were in D2 she could probably 1-hit Baal with a super missile, god I love super missiles...
